Gateau au chocolat sans lait? Bonjour!
Je voudrais faire un gateau ou fondant au chocolat mais je n'ai plus de beurre, ni de crème fraiche, ni de lait, ni de yaourt.
Par contre j'ai des oeufs (5 je crois) du chocolat, de la farine.

Gâteau au chocolat
Préparation : 10 min
Cuisson : 30 min
Ingrédients (pour 6 personnes) :
- 4 oeufs
- 250 g de sucre en poudre
- 125 g de farine et maïzena mélangées (moitié/moitié)
- 125 g de chocolat
Préparation :
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6).
Mélangez les oeufs et le sucre. Versez progressivement le mélange farine/maïzena.
Faites fondre 125g de chocolat , mélangez-le avec le reste.
Laissez cuire environ 25-30 minutes.
Gâteau au chocolat à l 'eau chaude ( la différence !!!)
Préparation : 10 min
Cuisson : 40 min
Ingrédients (pour 6 personnes) :
- 4 oeufs
- 2 verres de sucre (un verre = 20 cl, prenez un verre à moutarde)
- 1 verre d'huile
- 2 verres 1/2 de farine
- 1 verre de cacao en poudre
- 2 sachets de levure chimique
- 2 verres d'eau bouillantes
Préparation :
Mélanger les oeufs et le sucre en fouettant de manière à faire bien mousser et blanchir la préparation. Ajouter l'huile, le chocolat, la farine, la levure et en dernier l'eau très chaude.
Verser dans 2 moules à gâteau de 2 l ou 3 de 1,5 l.
Enfourner au four à 180°C (thermostat 6) pendant 40 min.
Vérifier la cuisson en piquant un couteau, la lame doit ressortir sans pâte accrochée. Ne pas le laisser trop cuire, il risquerait d'être trop sec.
